Provides strategic leadership for Horizon Education Trust by setting its long-term vision, overseeing governance, and holding the Chief Executive Officer accountable for delivering the trust’s objectives.

Leads the Recruitment Department and oversees all recruitment across Horizon Education Trust. Responsible for recruiting new staff, building relationships with prospective schools, managing school onboarding, organising recruitment campaigns, and ensuring the trust continues to grow with high-quality people and partner schools.
