We are delighted to announce the appointment of Nathan as the new Recruitment Director of Horizon Education Trust. As Recruitment Director, Nathan will play a key role in overseeing and strengthening the Trust's recruitment operations, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Trust Directors and school leaders to attract, select and appoint talented individuals across our academies. Nathan's leadership will focus on driving excellence across recruitment, strengthening our hiring processes, supporting colleagues across the Trust, and helping to ensure every academy has access to the skilled, dedicated and professional staff it needs to succeed. Nathan will also play an important role in supporting the Trust's continued growth and ensuring new schools joining the Horizon family have the recruitment support they need. Working alongside the CEO and Trust leadership, Nathan will help to deliver the Trust's recruitment priorities, champion high standards throughout the recruitment process, support the development of our workforce, and contribute to creating the best possible environment for our pupils, staff and communities.
