Supports the Recruitment Director by processing staff applications, arranging interviews, onboarding new staff, communicating with prospective schools, and assisting with the recruitment and integration of new schools into Horizon Education Trust

Leads the Recruitment Department and oversees all recruitment across Horizon Education Trust. Responsible for recruiting new staff, building relationships with prospective schools, managing school onboarding, organising recruitment campaigns, and ensuring the trust continues to grow with high-quality people and partner schools.

Produces graphics, announcements, promotional materials, recruitment campaigns, and supports the Marketing Lead with day-to-day communications.

Leads the trust’s branding and communications. Creates marketing strategies, manages social media, oversees design projects, and promotes Horizon Education Trust and its schools.

Maintains Discord servers, manages roles and permissions, provides technical support, assists with bot management, and helps keep trust systems secure and up to date.

Oversees the trust’s operational departments, ensuring IT, communications, administration, and support services run efficiently.

Leads the daily running of an individual school, manages staff, delivers high-quality education, and works closely with the Executive Principal

Oversees several schools within their assigned region. Coaches Principals, reviews standards, and provides leadership support to improve school performance.

Manages a group of schools within the trust. Supports Executive Principals, monitors school performance, and ensures trust policies are followed.

Support the Chair of Trustees by overseeing governance, ensuring accountability, reviewing policies, and protecting the interests of the trust and its schools.

Leads the IT Department and manages all trust technology. Responsible for the trust website, Discord servers, bots, security, permissions, infrastructure, and technical development across all member schools.

Manage the principals in our schools to make sure they run as efficently as possible

Supports the CEO with daily operations, coordinates projects across departments, and acts as CEO when required.
